Mirzoyan, Kallas discuss advancing Armenia-EU agenda

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan held a telephone conversation with Kaja Kallas, High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission.

According to a readout issued by the Foreign Ministry, the interlocutors touched upon the situation in the Middle East, including humanitarian issues.

Minister Mirzoyan highlighted Armenia's approaches to advancing the peace agenda, as well as the support formed among the Armenian population for the continued strengthening of peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

The parties stressed the importance of active engagement in implementing upcoming events and visits and advancing the Armenia-EU agenda.
