Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi said a general agreement has been reached on guiding principles in the second round of indirect nuclear negotiations with the US, describing the talks as serious and more constructive than the previous round, Tasnim reported.
Speaking after the conclusion of the second round of indirect talks, held at the Omani embassy in Geneva on Tuesday, Araqchi said the negotiations were conducted in a serious atmosphere and were more constructive compared to the earlier round.
