State Revenue Committee uncovers 363.2 billion drams in shadow turnover in 2025

During 2025, the State Revenue Committee (SRC) uncovered 363.2 billion drams in shadow turnover, which is 44.2 percent higher than the figure of uncovered turnover recorded in 2024, SRC Chairman Eduard Hakobyan said at a press briefing.

“The total amount of unpaid tax reached 124.1 billion drams, marking a 29.1 percent increase compared to the previous year. Of this amount, 37 billion drams were recovered and transferred to the state budget, which is 4 percent higher than in 2024,” Hakobyan said.

The Chairman of the State Revenue Committee also reported that 2,756 unregistered workers were uncovered in 2025, which is 700 more than in 2024.
