HayPost stamp dedicated to 25th anniversary of Armenia’s accession to Council of Europe launched

A ceremony of the official launch of the HayPost postage stamp dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Republic of Armenia’s accession to the Council of Europe took place in Strasbourg.

The ceremony at the CoE headquarters with the participation of the Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, the Council of Europe Secretary General Alain Berset, and the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Petra Bayr, took place after FM Mirzoyan addressed the PACE plenary session on January 28.
