Armenian, Kuwaiti officials discuss upcoming intergovernmental commission session

Armenian and Kuwaiti officials met to discuss the upcoming session of the intergovernmental commission on economic and technical cooperation between the two countries, which is set to be held in Yerevan soon, the Ministry of High-Tech Industry reported.
During a visit to Kuwait, Armenia’s First Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry, Gevorg Mantashyan, and Enterprise Armenia CEO, Gohar Abajyan, met with Dr. Subaih Abdul Aziz Abdul Muhsen Al-Mukhaizeem, Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, Minister of Finance, and Acting Minister of State for Economic Affairs and Investment. The Kuwaiti minister serves as co-chair of the Kuwait–Armenia Intergovernmental Commission on Economic and Technical Cooperation, while Armenia’s co-chair is Minister of High-Tech Industry, Mkhitar Hayrapetyan.
Organizational matters related to the next session of the commission in Yerevan were discussed, along with plans for a preparatory visit to Armenia ahead of the meeting.
In conclusion, both sides emphasized the importance of maintaining continuous and constructive dialogue, highlighting the role of open and active communication in advancing upcoming initiatives and expanding the partnership between Armenia and Kuwait.
