FM Mirzoyan lays flowers at khachkar near Council of Europe headquarters

On January 27, on the occasion of the Day of Remembrance and Tribute to the Fallen for the Homeland, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan laid flowers at the cross-stone (Khachkar) erected in front of the headquarters of the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, his office has said.

Armenia's Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan is on a working visit to Strasbourg from January 26 to 28.
