Defense Minister Papikyan observes certification process for senior officers

The 2026 certification process for the highest and senior officer ranks of the Armed Forces began on January 12 at the administrative complex of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Defense Minister Papikyan announced on his Telegram channel.

“We observed the certification process together with the First Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan, as well as Deputy Minister of Defense Arman Sargsyan,” Papikyan said.
