Bachkov wins fifth bronze medal at IBA World Boxing Championships

Olympic bronze medalist, four-time European champion and four-time World Championship bronze medalist Hovhannes Bachkov has secured the bronze medal of the IBA World Championship for the fifth time.

In the semifinals of the 67 kg weight category at the IBA World Boxing Championship in Dubai, UAE, Bachkov faced a Russian representative and lost 5:2. As a result, he claimed his fifth World Championship bronze.

The IBA World Boxing Championships are taking place in Dubai, UAE, from December 2 to 13.
