Putin says Russia ‘always open’ to mutually beneficial partnerships

Russia is always open to new, mutually beneficial contacts with foreign partners, President Vladimir Putin has said.

“We are grateful to everyone who considers Russia a reliable partner,” RIA Novosti quoted the Russian leader as saying. “We are always ready for new, mutually beneficial contacts, the development of ties, and the mutual enrichment of cultures.”
