IISS Manama Dialogue 2025: Armenian, Iraqi security officials hold meeting

Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, met with the Iraqi presidential National Security Advisor Qassim Al-Araji.

The meeting took place in Bahrain within the framework of the IISS Manama Dialogue 2025.

During the meeting, the sides emphasized the friendly relations between the two countries and their peoples, and discussed Armenia–Iraq cooperation, highlighting their readiness to further develop multi-sector collaboration.

They also reached an agreement to organize mutual visits. Views were exchanged on regional and international security issues as well, Grigoryan’s office reported.
