Prime Minister Pashinyan, Queen Mathilde of Belgium hold meeting

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan hosted Her Majesty Queen Mathilde of Belgium at the Government.
The Prime Minister welcomed the Queen’s visit to Armenia.
Pashinyan commended Her Majesty’s leadership as an advocate for the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and noted that Armenia is taking consistent steps to implement its commitments under the “2030 Agenda.”
Queen Mathilde expressed gratitude for the warm hospitality and said she was impressed by Armenia. Her Majesty underlined the importance of advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Both sides highlighted the significant role of inclusive and quality education in achieving the SDGs and discussed the importance of strengthening the role of women in society and the steps being taken in that direction.
They also exchanged views on efforts to establish peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan and to ensure stability in the region.
