Armenian Defense Minister highlights NATO’s role in ongoing reforms

Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, met with ambassadors of a number of countries to NATO who are on a visit in Armenia. 

Papikyan presented the ongoing defense reforms and the process of transformation of the armed forces, emphasizing the important role of NATO in this sector, the defense ministry said in a readout.

The course and prospects of development of Armenia-NATO partnership, as well as matters pertaining to regional and international security were discussed during the meeting.
