Turkish normalization envoy arrives in Armenia

Turkiye’s Special Representative for Normalization with Armenia, Serdar Kılıç, has arrived in Armenia. 

Armenia's Special Representative for Normalization with Turkiye, Ruben Rubinyan, welcomed Kılıç on the Armenia-Turkiye border, near the Margara crossing point.
