Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said working discussions on the Armenian-American Memorandum of Understanding are ongoing.

He explained that such memoranda are usually signed for one or two years, with the possibility of extension, allowing intentions to be transformed into projects, contracts, agreements or investments.

In response to a question from opposition lawmaker Artsvik Minasyan, Pashinyan said discussions have taken place in various formats and continue today, "possibly even at this very moment".
