Armenia ranked 2nd in group standings after beating Ireland in World Cup qualifier

Armenia is 2nd in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualification UEFA Group F standings after the completion of the second round.

Portugal is leading the standings with 6 points, followed by Armenia with 3 points.

Hungary and Ireland have 1 point each. 

The third round will kick off in October.

Armenia beat Ireland 2:1 on September 9 in Yerevan. The Armenian team had earlier lost to Portugal 5:0.
