PM chairs discussion on 2026-2028 Medium-Term fiscal and expenditure framework

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has chaired another round of discussions about the country’s 2026-2028 medium-term expenditure program’s fiscal and expenditure framework, his office said in a press release.

Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan presented details about the work that has been done following the previous discussion, addressed the approaches at the foundation of the 2026 state budget, as well as the assessment of limits of current and capital expenditures of state bodies, the course of reforms and other topics.

Cabinet ministers made proposals about the envisaged programs.

The PM instructed the officials to continue discussions and finalize the draft.
