President Khachaturyan attends opening of new school in Sasunik

President Vahagn Khachaturyan attended the opening of a newly built school in the Sasunik settlement of Aragatsotn region.

He toured the institution, reviewed the new facilities and congratulated students and teachers on the Day of Knowledge and Schooling.

According to the Presidential Office, Khachaturyan highlighted education as a national priority, noting that Armenia's competitiveness depends on knowledge and quality education.  The President recalled the government's "300 Schools, 500 Kindergartens" program launched in 2021 to build, reconstruct and renovate educational institutions.

The President stressed the role of education in professional growth and in shaping free and self-confident citizens, adding that Armenia must be prepared to realize the idea of peace.

He wished the community new achievements and success.
