Arsen Torosyan appointed Minister of Labor and Social Affairs

President Vahagn Khachaturyan formalized the appointment of Arsen Torosyan as the new Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, replacing Narek Mkrtchyan, the presidency reported.

The appointment was made at the advice of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

Arsen Torosyan is a former healthcare minister in the Pashinyan administration and a former lawmaker who served in parliament from 2021 until tendering his resignation last week.
