Member of Parliament Arsen Torosyan resigns

Member of Parliament Arsen Torosyan from the ruling Civil Contract faction has tendered his resignation.

Speaker of Parliament Alen Simonyan has received Torosyan’s motion, his spokesperson confirmed to Armenpress.

Torosyan is a former minister of healthcare in the Pashinyan administration.

He was elected to parliament in 2021.

The resignation of an MP takes effect after one week if the motion isn't retracted by then.
