Construction grows 18,5% in January-June

Construction grew 18,5% in the first half of 2025, amounting to more than 224,8 billion drams in January-June, according to the Statistical Committee.

48,6% of the total volume was carried out by construction companies (22,3% growth), while 26,8% was carried out by individuals (18,6% growth).

20,6% of the total volume of construction was implemented through the state budget, a YoY growth of 13,8%.

The share of foreign investment construction amounts to only 0,4% of the total, which is still a 2-time growth year-on-year.

48% of the total construction was carried out in Yerevan. 

In Syunik, construction grew 96%. 

44,6% growth was recorded in Armavir, whereas in Shirak it dropped by 44,3%.
