Joint appeal by Armenia and Azerbaijan on closure of OSCE Minsk Group processes circulated to OSCE states

By the agreement announced earlier, the joint appeal by Armenia and Azerbaijan on the closure of the OSCE Minsk Group processes and related structures, along with the proposed draft decision, was circulated today to the OSCE participating states, the Armenian Foreign Ministry has said in a statement.
