Trump welcomes Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan at the White House

US President Donald Trump welcomed Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at the White House,  Armenpress correspondent has reported from Washington.

Following an official handshake and photo op against the backdrop of the Armenian and US flags, the leaders of the two countries entered the White House, where the historic Pashinyan-Trump meeting will begin in minutes.

The sides are expected to make statements after the meeting.
