Deputy FM Robert Abisoghomonyan meets Director-General of International Commission on Missing Persons

On July 17, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Robert Abisoghomonyan met with Kathryne Bomberger, Director-General of the International Commission on Missing Persons (ICMP), in The Hague.
According to the foreign ministry, during the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the prospects of expanding cooperation between Armenia and the ICMP, particularly in terms of the technical modernization of relevant laboratories and capacity development in Armenia.
In the context of regional developments, the Deputy Foreign Minister presented Armenia’s efforts to advance the peace agenda in the region and emphasized the importance of signing a peace agreement and establishing interstate relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan as soon as possible.
