Ukraine's parliament elects Yulia Sviridenko as new prime minister

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved today the appointment of Yulia Sviridenko as the country's new prime minister, lawmaker Oleksiy Goncharenko has said on Telegram.
262 elected representatives voted for the corresponding decision.
Yulia Sviridenko became the 19th Prime Minister of Ukraine, and the second woman to hold the position.
