The Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Uruguay, Mariam Gevorgyan, held a meeting with the Minister of National Defense of Uruguay, Sandra Lazo, the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Uruguay has said in a statement.
During the meeting the parties discussed issues related to the development of bilateral relations, exchanged views on regional developments and the international situation.
"Ambassador Gevorgyan also presented the security situation in the South Caucasus," the statement reads.
