President of Armenia appoints new ambassador to Hungary

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan has signed a decree recalling Ashot Smbatyan from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Hungary.

By another presidential decree, Haykak Arshamyan has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Hungary, with residence in Budapest.
