Armenian Speaker of Parliament meets with Georgian counterpart

Speaker of Parliament of Armenia Alen Simonyan has met with his Georgian counterpart Shalva Papuashvili.

Simonyan’s office said he is on a visit to Georgia at the invitation of Speaker Papuashvili.

During the meeting the parties discussed a broad range of matters pertaining to interparliamentary cooperation, Simonyan’s office said in a readout.

Regional developments and other issues of mutual interest were also discussed.
