Armenia, France sign documents

Armenia and France signed three documents during French FM Jean-Noël Barrot’s visit to Yerevan, the foreign ministry said in a press release.

Armenian FM Ararat Mirzoyan and his French counterpart signed a Declaration of Intent on holding annual political consultations, cooperation in combatting disinformation and training of diplomats.

The ministers also signed a protocol on amending the agreement between Armenia and France on the operations of the French Development Agency and Proparco finance institution in Armenia, aimed at extending the coverage of the agreement on Expertise France, envisaging the latter’s operations in Armenia to promote capacity-building of local government bodies and state institutions.

Enterprise Armenia and Business France signed a memorandum of understanding.
