Two staffers at Yerevan City Hall arrested in bribery investigation

Two Yerevan City Hall officials have been arrested on charges of accepting bribes, authorities told Armenpress.

The Anti-Corruption Committee did not release the identity of the suspects.

“The evidence-based and other procedural actions in City Hall are carried out as part of criminal proceedings investigated at the Anti-Corruption Committee. Two officials at City Hall have been arrested on charges of accepting bribes,” the Anti-Corruption Committee said, without elaborating.
