Trump believes his call with Putin went "very well"

US President Donald Trump has announced that his phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin went "very well." 

He posted on Truth Social following the two-hour conversation. 

Trump added that "Russia and Ukraine will immediately start negotiations toward a ceasefire and, more importantly, bring an end to the war."
