Food Safety Inspection Agency Director resigns

The head of the Food Safety Inspection Agency, Armen Danielyan, has tendered his resignation, a staffer at the agency confirmed to Armenpress.
“Armen Danielyan has tendered his resignation from the position of Director of the Food Safety Inspection Agency,” Anush Harutyunyan, the Director of the Food Safety Inspection Agency’s department of Consultations and PR, told Armenpress. “I am unaware of the reason,” she added.
Harutyunyan said the resignation hasn’t yet been approved by the Prime Minister.
Danielyan was appointed to the post in November 2024.
