Armenian Speaker, PACE president discuss EU ties, unlawfully held POWs in Azerbaijan

Armenian Speaker of Parliament Alen Simonyan has met with the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) Theodoros Rousopoulos.

The discussion focused on the Armenia-EU relations, the ongoing democratic reforms in Armenia and regional developments.

Speaker Simonyan also drew the PACE president’s attention on the issue of the Armenian POWs who are unlawfully held in Azerbaijan, the parliament's press service said in a readout.
