I believe we should not continue the Karabakh movement, says PM Pashinyan

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan believes that Armenia should no longer continue the Karabakh movement.

“I would not be honest if I did not state my opinion very directly, especially after my previous remarks during the discussion of government reports, where I noted how the Karabakh movement was used to hinder the establishment of Armenia’s statehood.

Now, without hesitation, clearly and unequivocally, I want to state that I believe we should not continue the Karabakh movement,” Pashinyan said.

According to him, the path Armenia has chosen is the most effective way to resolve the issue of prisoners of war.

“There simply is no more effective option,” the Prime Minister stated.

He also added that the government’s understanding of regional issues is comprehensive and integrated.
