Trump says India could lower tariffs on US goods

U.S. President Donald Trump told Breitbart News in an interview on Wednesday that he believes India will probably lower the tariffs it imposes on U.S. products.

"I believe they're going to probably going to be lowering those tariffs substantially, but on April 2, we will be charging them the same tariffs they charge us," he was quoted as saying.

Trump said he has very good relations with India.

At the same time, he said that India has one of the highest tariffs around the world.
