Armenia Security Council Chief receives Czech Parliament's European Affairs Committee Chair

On March 18, Secretary of Armenia’s Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, received a delegation led by Ondřej Benešík, Chairman of the Committee on European Affairs of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Parliament.

Grigoryan welcomed the delegation's visit to Armenia, expressed satisfaction with the high level of political dialogue between Armenia and the Czech Republic, and emphasized the need for its further development, his office stated.

The parties discussed issues related to extra-regional security and its impact on regional security.

The Secretary of the Security Council also presented the democratic reforms being implemented by the Armenian government and reaffirmed Armenia’s commitment to establishing regional peace. Additionally, he provided an update on the latest developments in the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
