Russia's top senator expected to visit Armenia in June

Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia Valentina Matviyenko’s official visit to Armenia is preliminarily expected to take place June 5-6, Speaker of Parliament Alen Simonyan has said.

“It will be an official visit, there are various bilateral issues left [for discussion]. We will try to resolve these issues,” Simonyan said at a press briefing without elaborating.
