Armenian Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry, Estonian Ambassador discuss technological cooperation

First Deputy Minister of High-Tech Industry of the Republic of Armenia Gevorg Mantashyan on Thursday  received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Armenia Marge Mardisalu-Kahar.  

According to the ministry, Mantashyan briefed the newly appointed ambassador on the ministry’s activities and various programs aimed at developing the sector.

 He also discussed efforts to strengthen Armenia’s startup ecosystem, the "Engineering City" program implemented through a public-private partnership, state initiatives to promote investment policies, and other related issues.

The ambassador, in turn, presented ongoing joint programs with Armenia and highlighted the dynamic growth of the country's technology sector. She emphasized Estonia’s interest in deepening cooperation with Armenia.

The meeting focused on digitalization, collaboration with Estonian companies, and other issues of mutual interest.

The parties agreed on further steps to enhance cooperation.
