Russia's Lavrov meets Iranian president

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has conveyed greetings from President Vladimir Putin to Iranian President Massoud Pezeshkian, Tass reported.

"You have a huge greeting from President Putin," Lavrov stated.

In response, the Iranian president asked Lavrov to send his greetings to Putin as well. "Certainly," Lavrov replied.

Lavrov said that  the Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership that they signed in January will be fully implemented.

''We began fulfilling it today," Tass quoted him as saying.
