Trump sees “good opportunity” to end the Russian-Ukrainian conflict

US President Donald Trump has said he had '' wonderful'' talks with Russia's Vladimir Putin and Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky on Wednesday.

Trump said he spent more than an hour on the phone with Putin.

“I think we’re on the way to getting peace," he said.

"There is a “good opportunity” to end the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. Great talks with Russia and Ukraine yesterday. A great opportunity to end this terrible, very bloody war!!! - Trump wrote on his social network.
