Armenia appoints new Ambassador to Kuwait

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 9, ARMENPRESS. By a decree of Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan on December 9, Arsen Arakelyan was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the State of Kuwait (residing in Kuwait).

According to the Presidential Office, by another decree, President Khachaturyan recalled Sarmen Baghdasaryan from the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the State of Kuwait.

The appointment was made based on the recommendations of Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
