Armenia to compete with 12 participants in 2024 World Rapid and Blitz Chess Championships

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 5, ARMENPRESS. Armenia will compete with a total of 12 participants in the 2024 World Rapid and Blitz Chess Championships.

Hayk Martirosyan, Shant Sargsyan, Zaven Andriasyan, Karen Grigoryan, Tigran Petrosyan, Robert Hovhannisyan, Aram Hakobyan, and Emin Ohanyan, as well as Anna Sargsyan, Lilit Mkrtchyan, Elina Danielyan, and Mariam Mkrtchyan will take part in the championships.

The World Rapid and Blitz Chess Championship will take place in New York City, starting on December 25 and concluding on January 1, 2025.
