Armenia economic activity index grows 8,1% in 10 months

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 25, ARMENPRESS. The economic activity index of Armenia grew 8,1% in the 10 months of 2024 compared to the same period of last year, according to official data published by the Statistical Committee. 

Below is the YoY data for January-October. 

Industrial production output grew 11,7%. 

Construction grew 15,5%.

Trade turnover grew 18,8%. 

Services grew 5,8%.

The consumer price index remained unchanged.

The industrial product price index grew 3,1%.

Electricity production grew 2,8%.

Foreign trade grew 67,6% (Exports grew 95,1% while imports grew 50,8%).
