Spain declares three days of mourning

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 30, ARMENPRESS. The Spanish government has declared three days of mourning for the victims of devastating flash floods in the south and east of the country.

The government minister responsible for territorial policy, Ángel Víctor Torres, made the announcement, noting that at least 72 people died, some reported missing.
