Almaty Open: Karen Khachanov reaches semi-finals

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 18, ARMENPRESS. Russian tennis player of Armenian origin Karen Khachanov has reached the semi-finals of the Almaty Open in Kazakhstan.

In the third round of men's singles, Khachanov competed against Kazakh player Beibit Zhukayev. In a match that lasted about 1.5 hours, Khachanov won in two sets, 6-2, 6-4.

Karen Khachanov is ranked No. 26 in the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) ranking.
