2024 Japan Women's Open: Avanesyan defeats Krueger

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 15, ARMENPRESS. Armenia’s Elina Avanesyan won the WTA 2024 Japan Women's Open round 1 match against US tennis player Ashlyn Krueger in Osaka.

The 1,5-hour long match ended 7:6, 6:3 in the Armenian player’s favor.

The 2024 Japan Women’s Open is the thirteenth edition of the Japan Women's Open, and part of the WTA 250 tournaments of the 2024 WTA Tour.
