YEREVAN, OCTOBER 14, ARMENPRESS. The US Embassy in Beirut, the capital of Lebanon, has urged American citizens to leave "immediately" on Monday.
The embassy cautioned that "additional flights from Beirut will not continue indefinitely."
In a statement from the US State Department's Bureau of Consular Affairs on X, they stated, "We strongly encourage US citizens in Lebanon to depart now," highlighting that Beirut's commercial airport is still open and that seats are available on commercial flights.
