YEREVAN, OCTOBER 5, ARMENPRESS. Armenian Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan received a delegation led by Igor Krasnov, the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.
According to the Armenian Prosecutor General's Office, the delegation arrived in Armenia to participate in the 34th meeting of the Coordinating Council of the Prosecutors General of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
Anna Vardapetyan welcomed Igor Krasnov at the Armenian General Prosecutor's Office and highly appreciated the existing level of cooperation between the law enforcement agencies of the two countries, emphasizing the significant potential for further development.
Igor Krasnov thanked Anna Vardapetyan for the high level of organization of the 34th meeting of the Coordinating Council of the Prosecutors General of the CIS and for the hospitality extended to the Russian delegation. According to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation, the warm relations between the prosecutor's offices of the two countries facilitate effective interaction between their respective departments.
Armenian Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan and her Russian counterpart Igor Krasnov signed a cooperation program for 2025-2026, agreeing to enhance collaboration in the scientific and educational spheres.
