YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 27, ARMENPRESS. Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia Mher Grigoryan acknowledged on Friday problems in the relationship between Armenia and Russia and said it’s necessary to try and eliminate the obstacles.

“There are problems in the relationship,” he said when asked on the Armenia-Russia ties. “And not only with Russia, nevertheless I think we should balance and try to eliminate all these obstacles.” Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.

In such conditions, he said, numerous problems emerge.

“I think we must try to understand the explanations and make the right decisions,” he said.
