Vice Speaker Rubinyan receives delegation led by Chairman of Bundestag Foreign Relations Committee

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 19, ARMENPRESS. The Vice Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan on Thursday received the delegation led by the Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Bundestag of the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) Michael Roth, the press service of the Parliament said in a press release.

"We attach importance to the stable development of friendly relations with Germany and the deepening of inter-parliamentary cooperation," Rubinyan said, welcoming the delegation to the Armenian Parliament, adding that the relations between the two countries are developing dynamically.

At the request of the Committee Chairman, Ruben Rubinyan presented the security situation in the region and talked about the existing challenges. Reference was made to the process of regulating Armenia-Turkey relations.
