Pashinyan received Ambassador Fan Yong who is completing his diplomatic mission in Armenia

YEREVAN, JULY 13, ARMENPRESS․ The Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan received the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of China to Armenia Fan Yong, who is completing his diplomatic mission in Armenia.

Nikol Pashinyan emphasized the development of multifaceted cooperation between Armenia and China, noting that the ambassador significantly contributed to the consistent expansion of bilateral relations through his activities, according to the statement from Department for Information and Public Relations of the Office of the Prime Minister.

The ambassador thanked the Prime Minister and Armenian government for effective cooperation, adding that the Chinese side is interested in the development of trade and economic relations with Armenia.

 The interlocutors expressed satisfaction that direct flights between Armenia and China will soon be launched, which will serve as an incentive for the expansion of tourism, trade, and economic relations.

Thoughts were exchanged on issues of bilateral agenda and regional importance and Pashinyan wished Fan Yong success in his future activities.
